By using this website or purchasing from us, you agree to these terms.

The website

The public pages of this website are informational. They describe who we are, what we make, and how to reach us. Placing an order is not done through this website — orders are agreed with us in person, by phone, by email or over WhatsApp.

A passcode-protected area of this site is for the use of our staff only. Attempting to access it without authorisation is not permitted.

Pricing

Jewellery is priced against the prevailing rate of gold for the relevant purity on the day of sale, together with making charges and, where applicable, the value of stones. Because the gold rate moves daily, any price quoted to you is valid only for the day it is given unless we confirm otherwise in writing. Prices are inclusive of taxes only where expressly stated; otherwise GST applies at the applicable rate.

Weights, purity and stone details are stated at the point of sale and appear on your invoice. Where a piece is made to order, final weight may vary slightly from an initial estimate, and the price is adjusted to the actual weight.

Orders and payment

An order is confirmed when we accept it and you have paid any advance we require. For bespoke and made-to-order pieces, the advance is non-refundable once work has begun, as the piece is made to your specification. Timelines given for bespoke work are estimates made in good faith.

Returns and exchanges

Returns, exchanges and buy-back are handled in accordance with the terms stated on your invoice and with applicable Indian law. Made-to-order, personalised and engraved pieces cannot ordinarily be returned or exchanged, except where the piece is defective or does not match what was agreed.

If a piece is faulty, contact us promptly with your invoice and we will inspect it and put it right.

Messaging

Where you contact us on WhatsApp or give us your number, we may reply and send you updates about your enquiry or order. Marketing messages are sent only with your opt-in consent and you can stop them at any time. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle these communications.

Intellectual property

The name Siraya Jewels, and the text, designs and images on this website, belong to us or are used with permission. You may not reproduce them for commercial purposes without our written consent.

Liability

We provide this website as it is, and while we take care to keep the information on it accurate, we do not warrant that it is free of error. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it cannot be limited under applicable law, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra, have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of them.
